This is our most popular home staging service. We provide a customized recommendation on the items that need to be done prior to putting the home on the market. We cover each room of the home as well as the back and front yard.
Our team walks the realtor or seller through the home helping you ‘see’ what a potential buyer will see.
These consultations are between one and two hours and include customized recommendations and home staging checklists that will specify what you need to do in order to prepare your property for the market.

We provide high quality and unique furnishings, artwork, and décor that highlight the home’s best features and position the property so that it stands out in person and online. Our goal is to help you sell the property for top dollar with less time on the market.
Our process is simple. We offer a thirty minute complementary proposal. From there, we send you the proposal and work with you to decide on the most ideal date and time for the home staging installation. Once the contract is signed, we begin pulling decor, artwork and furniture in our staging inventory system. Then all parties review the plans and and installation begins.
Allow for 4-8 hours to complete the installation. Pictures of the property should be scheduled for 3 pm or later.
