Our workflow at Sold on Staging is designed to be seamless and high-impact. Here is how we transform your space:

  • Consultation & Planning: We kick things off with a phone call to understand your goals and draft a custom staging strategy.
  • Booking: Once the plan and estimate are approved, we’ll secure your installation date and finalize the contract.
  • Transformation: On staging day, our team sets the scene. As soon as we’re done, your home is officially ready for professional photography—the key to a great first impression.
  • The 60-Day Window: Your staging inventory stays on-site rent-free for 60 days.
  • Extensions: If you need more time after the initial two months, you can keep the inventory for a monthly fee (20% of the original invoice) or opt for removal.


Pro Tip: We strongly suggest keeping the staging in place until the inspection and appraisal are finished to ensure your home’s value is fully realized.



Since most buyers start their search online, your listing photos are your only chance to make a winning first impression. You have just seconds to grab their attention with images that feel both high-end and welcoming.

At Sold on Staging, we specialize in designs that translate perfectly to the camera, which is why we recommend staging before your home hits the market. To protect your investment, we also advise keeping the staging in place through the appraisal to ensure the property’s value is consistently supported.


The initial estimate includes a 60-day furniture rental period at no additional cost. If the staging needs to remain in the home after this window, the rental will transition to a monthly basis. The fee for this extension is 20% of the initial invoice amount per month.



Sold on Staging focuses exclusively on the staging process; therefore, our team is not responsible for cleaning the property. However, if your home needs a deep clean before we arrive, we are happy to recommend trusted professional cleaners to ensure your space is prepped and ready for its transformation.

Absolutely! Sold on Staging offers professional staging services for occupied homes. 

Because every lived-in property has unique requirements, we provide customized estimates and project timelines tailored specifically to your home's needs. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best results for your space.

You do not need to be present while the Sold on Staging team is working. Pets are welcome to stay in the home during the process, provided they are safely secured to prevent them from escaping while we move items in and out. Please note that the homeowner is responsible for any damages, pet related or not, to the staging inventory.

Yes, Sold on Staging operates a 2,200-square-foot warehouse in Westfield where we manage our complete inventory. Our collection features everything required to fully stage a home from top to bottom, ensuring every room looks its absolute best.
